The Remote Finder Locator

This device is a like a lucky charm and will close in on the missing clicker by paging the remote control unit.

If you as so many us dread the search for a remote control unit to turn on, off or change an entertainment system, you will appreciate this new product. The Remote Finder/Locator is a battery-powered, electronic system for "paging" a misplaced remote control unit, such as those employed with TV's DVD players, stereos and other home electronics and entertainment systems. This device consists of two wirelessly linked components—a transmitter equipped to be mounted on a television set and a receiver unit that is equipped to be attached to the remote control.

The transmitter will have a simple "Send" or "Page" button that—when activated—signals a repeated, audible beeping tone to be emitted from the receiver unit. A flashing LED light and a tactile vibration may also be triggered. The technology found within the Remote Finder/Locator may also be incorporated into an aftermarket universal remote control. Recently televised test marketing has been completed indicating strong consumer interest in the Remote Finder/locator.

The Patent Pending Remote Finder/Locator was invented by Janice Marshall of Pamplin, VA, who said, "The Remote Finder/Locator will save household consumers untold amounts of wasted time and worry in locating these frequently misplaced necessities of contemporary life. It works perfectly and ends the frustrating anxiety one faces when searching for a lost device."
