The Portable Travel Pong allows one to play the beer-drinking game of Beer Pong anywhere and anytime.
Beer Pong is a drinking game that consists of cups set up in a triangle formation on each end of a table. Each player then takes turns attempting to shoot ping pong balls into the opponent's cups. If a ball lands in a cup (known as a "make"), the contents of that cup are consumed by the other team and the cup is removed from the table. The first team to eliminate all of the opponent's cups is the winner. This popular game can now be played anytime and anywhere with the new product, Travel Pong. Travel Pong is a handcrafted, portable beer pong playing table and necessary components. Televised test marketing has been completed indicating strong consumer interest in the Travel Pond.
The Patent Pending Travel Pong was invented by Mark Nelson of North Wales, PA, who said, "The table of Travel Pong is square in shape and made of high-quality wood materials, including maple and pine. The table consists of two identical sections which are connected together for easy portability. Each of the two identical sections are approximately 18 inches in length and width and 3 ½ inches in depth. On the top of each table are six holes in a pyramid formation. Disposable cups are placed in these holes. A seventh hole is at the top right corner of the deck to accommodate a cup of water, used for cleaning ping pong balls between uses."
The inventor added, "The two identical sections or tables are joined together by handy side latches. Also, a beautifully carved handle in on one of the sections so that the unit can be easily carried."
